This company were amazing. Very efficient and they worked very well together. The new boiler is fantastic, the new radiators were fitted beautifully and all the plumbers did a brilliant job. I recently had a wall mounted boiler fitted by Ben and the companies apprentice. Harrison. They removed the old boiler and fitted the new boiler and ensured all was working correctly. All the work was carried out very efficiently and with a pleasant attitude. I cannot recommend this company enough. Wow! Our boiler broke down last night in freezing temperatures and I was highly recommended Berkshire East on the Ascot Group. I contacted Dave and I promptly got a response on advising what the problem could be. Dave was on our doorstep this morning and our boiler fixed within 10 minutes!! Absolute hero. Went above and beyond to try and identify and fix the issue when our boiler wouldn’t turn on Boxing Day morning 2020. Finding a plumber is hard. Find ones that are good at what they do, conscientious, polite, tidy and turn up when they say they are going to is almost impossible. These guys are all of the above. Cost was competitive with no hidden extras. Can not recommend them enough!!

Highly recommend these guys! I am a first time home owner and out of all the quotes I had Dave was the only person to sit with me and explain everything I needed to know. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about his customers, and I felt very safe knowing that he didn’t rush me and gave me a very good competitive price. Joel was amazing, he fitted our boiler and was very clean and tidy. He made sure he had dust sheets and door mats and had no issues with an excitable puppy running around. Our old boiler kept dropping it’s pressure and needed topping up every 2 days , we called Berkshire East & they sent an engineer very quickly , advised what needed doing , ordered the parts needed , came next day as arranged ON TIME !!! Boiler kept stopping last weekend. We called Berkshire East & an engineer arrived within 20 minute (on a Sunday!). He diagnosed the main problems & we received the quote for the work to be carried out. We were going away so were grateful that Laura could find an engineer who could come when we arrived home. The engineer arrived as we pulled in the driveway on our return! He tried to fix the main problems but suggested a new boiler was needed - this wasn’t unexpected as the boiler was old and seemed to be on its last legs! Dave came on Saturday to help us reset the emersion and offered more heaters and the very next day a new boiler and team of two came and installed the boiler & did a flush - on a Sunday! They were fab! Heat restored and a happy family! Would highly recommend Berkshire East !

I'm way overdue leaving a Facebook review for these lovely people as we've been happy customers for the last four years. Over the last six weeks we've been really unlucky with a run of problems (2 separate random leaks and a broken CH pump) and the response has been brilliant, both from the ladies allocating the jobs and the engineers. Dave clearly inspires a customer service culture across the whole team and you always feel like you matter to them, so they go the extra mile to try to get you sorted as soon as possible even when they're busy (which they always are because they're understandably in high demand). It's great to give our custom to a brilliant local business.

Excellent service, my Mother had a problem with water pouring through her ceiling late on Sunday afternoon. We managed to stop leak and turn off her water (she almost 90). She phone Dave Monday morning and he arrived very quickly and thought it was the Balcock off he went to collect one and returned to fit it. He had her sorted within a couple of hours. She cannot sing his praises enough, he even offered to go and get her some bottled water. And she was very happy with the invoice. She made me promise to go on line and leave a review. 5 star service to fit 9 radiators and a new boiler and take out the old central heating all the guys are so professional and lovely so much so that my neighbours have also gone with them. 1st night in about 2 weeks with heating and hot water. It’s an amazing feeling, I can’t thank Dave and his team enough, especially Lewis for installing a new boiler system into our property. We called Dave late on a Friday evening when our boiler decided to leak a lot of water, within the hour he had sent Ben over to stop the leak and armed him with fan heaters, which were our saving grace for the last two weeks. Dave then came out on a Sunday to try and get the immersion working so we could at least have hot water. Being Christmas time, it’s an expensive month, Dave worked with us to quote within our budget. Lewis arrived everyday on time at 8am, worked hard and was very polite and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend them and they have certainly gained a customer for life. Thank you Dave and his team!
